Altozano Tempranillo Syrah is a Spanish red wine crafted by Finca Constancia in the Tierra de Castilla region. This blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Syrah grapes offers a harmonious combination of freshness and elegance. Harvested at night to preserve their integrity, the grapes undergo cold maceration before fermentation. The wine is then aged for three months in French and American oak barrels, enhancing its complexity.
